90-Degree Conduit Clip – Bulkhead Mount Version-10 pack

The TFlight77 90-Degree Conduit Clip was designed out of necessity during the wiring infrastructure installation on my RV-8 project aircraft. Standard conduit clips work well for flat mounting surfaces, but certain locations—especially bulkheads—require a secure 90-degree mounting solution. This clip solves that problem.

This version allows conduit to be mounted perpendicular to the attachment surface, making it ideal for bulkheads, vertical structure members, and other locations where traditional inline clips won’t work.

Like all TFlight77 conduit clips, this design prioritizes clean routing, secure retention, and long-term serviceability of your aircraft wiring.

20mm CTPA Conduit is available from Wirecare.com.  Recommended installation hardware 2ea 1/8 (-4) pull rivets (not included).
