NACA Vent Insert – Bug-Block Grill (ASA 3D Printed)

Keep nuisance insects out of your aircraft ventilation system with this 3D-printed ASA NACA vent grill insert, designed to fit directly inside the standard Van’s Aircraft NACA vent supplied in RV kits.

This durable, UV-resistant ASA insert features a 1/8" perforated grill pattern, specifically engineered to block hornets, wasps, and other pests from entering the ventilation duct and nesting inside your aircraft. The lightweight design maintains excellent airflow while adding an extra layer of protection and professionalism to your build.  This grill has a lip that allows it to fin inside the NACA vent and either be held in place with the hose and clamp or with a small application of silicone (to allow for removal and replacement later if needed).

A simple drop-in upgrade for RV and other experimental aircraft using a standard Van’s NACA duct.
