20mm CTPA Zip-Tie Conduit Clip – STL File for Experimental Aircraft Wiring

Organize and secure your wiring runs with this 3D-printable 20mm CTPA zip-tie conduit clip, designed specifically for experimental and RV-series aircraft builders. This STL lets you print your own lightweight, durable conduit clips that lock onto 20mm CTPA conduit (available from WireCare) while providing a clean, secure place to zip-tie wires, connectors, or small bundles.

Each clip features:

Conduit locking rib to prevent sliding or shifting

Saddle notch to cradle wires and protect insulation

Zip-tie saddle to keep the tie firmly in place

A profile optimized for strength, light weight, and simple printing

Print these in ASA (recommended), ABS, or other engineering filaments to get a strong, UV-resistant, hangar-ready part. These clips are great for finalizing, cleaning up, and securing wiring runs anywhere along your conduit.

Designed by an RV-8 builder for fellow homebuilders, this is a simple print that adds a big upgrade to your electrical routing.

LIABILITY & USE DISCLAIMER (Applies to All Products)

All STL files and resulting 3D-printed parts are provided as-is, with no warranty, expressed or implied. By purchasing, downloading, or printing any STL file, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are solely responsible for selecting appropriate materials, print orientation, infill, print settings, and final part quality.

You assume all responsibility for determining whether the printed component is suitable, safe, and airworthy for your specific aircraft and installation.

The designer/maker assumes no liability for any damages, failures, injuries, losses, or issues arising from the use, misuse, modification, or installation of the part.

These designs are intended for experimental, amateur-built aircraft, where the builder is responsible for all fabrication decisions and safety evaluations.

You must verify fit, function, and durability before installing any printed component in your aircraft.

Use, download, or purchase of any STL from this store constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Because 3D-printed components vary based on the user’s printer, filament, and settings, always inspect, test, and validate the print before installing it. Print performance may differ from the parts shown in my videos due to differences in materials and equipment.
